Registration (annually)

All registrations are done through Swim Central and all swimmers need to be registered to train. A full swim season runs from the 1st of July to the 30th of June each year and currently stands at:

$230 for a swimmer 9+ years
$130 for a swimmer 8 years or under
$25 for a parent and/or guardian (SNT requirement for all swimmers under 18)

Registration is due on the 1st of July each year. Unfortunately, due to fixed insurance fees within each swimmer's registration - that are outside of our control - a pro-rata rate is unavailable, however, we do offer a 1-week free trial if this helps!

Sports vouchers cannot be used towards club registration fees.

Coaching Fees (per term)

Coaching fees are separate from club registration and are paid directly to Coach Jane via direct deposit at the beginning of each school term. Coaching fees currently stand at:

$100 per term for Mini
$130 per term for Bronze
$160 per term for Silver
$180 per term for Gold
$20 per Sunday Session for Masters Swimmers

Outstanding coaching fees will prevent swimmers from participating in training unless special arrangements have been made with the coach privately.

Sports vouchers can be used towards coaching fees.

Pool Entry (per lesson)

Pool entry is not included in registration or coaching fees and must be paid at the entrance kiosk of the pool on arrival for each training session.

As of July 1st 2024, Children's/Student prices stand at:

Single Entry = $3.00 per child
30-Swim Card = $55.00 per child (= $1.84 per entry)
6-Month Pass = $165 per child (= $1.58 per entry, for 4 sessions per week)
12-Month Pass = $305 per child (= $1.47 per entry, for 4 sessions per week)

Competition Fees (per meet)

When you enter a competition there is usually a fee per race which is set by the host club, or by Swimming NT, and can be anywhere from $5 to $15 depending on the meet.

Any relay race entries, where the swimmer is swimming in a NSC relay team, are paid for by Nightcliff Swimming Club.

Pool entry is free for competitions.
